From the moment Iryna reached out, I knew this was going to be a wedding to remember. Set in the heart of Saskatoon, their elegant and artful celebration at the Remai Modern art gallery was the perfect blend of modern style and heartfelt emotion. I had been dreaming of photographing a wedding at the Remai—and Iryna and Mitch’s day exceeded every expectation. Their ceremony took place inside the gallery itself, surrounded by striking architecture and contemporary design. The atmosphere was intimate and filled with emotion, a perfect match for the couple’s sophisticated aesthetic. After saying “I do,” we headed outside to capture portraits along Saskatoon’s beautiful river valley. The warm light, flowing water, and Iryna and Mitch’s radiant joy made for some truly stunning moments. Next, we made our way to the historic Bessborough Hotel, an iconic Saskatoon landmark. The hotel’s timeless charm provided the perfect contrast to the sleek lines of the Remai Modern. It was such a joy to photograph a couple whose vision included some of Saskatoon’s most beautiful and meaningful locations.
